Warranty
We do not offer any warranty. No warranty is available. Items are
supplied 'Made to Order' and come with no guarantee. Fitting these
parts to you car may void it's warranty or Motor Vehicle Insurance.
ETS-Racing accepts no liability for damage to your car caused by any
of these parts, or any resulting insurance queries
Returns
As goods are made to order, please inspect them upon arrival. If there
is any sign of
damage or tampering, the package must be rejected and ETS-Racing notified
immediately. We only accept returns and will pay postage if we make an
error in sending you a different part than ordered
Postage And Delivery
ETS-Racing DOES NOT guarantee delivery times and cannot be held liable
for any costs incurred for storage of a vehicle at a body shop, or for
any delay in the delivery. Please do not put your car in a body shop
and order from us without first checking availability.
We try
and send parts as quickly as possible and are noted for it, however
once the parcels are passed to the shipping companies we have to put
our faith in them to deliver in a timely fashion

be held responsible for lost or damaged parcels

attempt to correct the fault as soon as we reasonably can. Your access

DISCLAIMER
All products
purchased should be fitted competently and by a professional, All parts are sold “made
to order” and
are not covered by any warranty from the dealer or manufacturer.
Parts are not warranted against the following conditions, fibreglass
bubbling and spider cracks, pin holes, stress cracks (any/all),
coloration, straightness, texture, strength, seam split, chips and
cracks caused through shipping.
Prior to the acceptance of any package being delivered, you must
note any and all damages to the delivering company before signing
acceptance. Please note all damages to package such as, crushed,
torn, holes, smashed corners, opened, etc. on boxes. Failure to note
damages prior to signing will hold you liable for any concealed
damage.
DAMAGED ORDERS-
Orders that are damaged thru the negligence of the shipping company
it is the responsibility of you the customer to file and process any
and all claims to the shipping company. Please remember all orders
shipped are inspected prior to packaging. You will be held liable
for any “CONCEALED DAMAGES” caused to the product.
ETSRacing will
not be responsible in the replacement or refund of this product.
This product has been inspected prior to packaging and shipping.
Please remember to keep all packaging material. Some shipping
companies may send an inspector by to inspect damaged packages.
Please remember insurance must be purchased for any claims to damage.
RE-STOCKING
CHARGES- There are no re-stocking charges for any product. Products
will not be accepted for return under any circumstance except our
error in sending the wrong part. Products are
sold “made to order”.
All products are delivered for free and only offer the basic
insurance, if extra insurance is required, it must be paid for in
advance and the amount of insurance specified
you have the right as a customer using there service to
file a claim in regards to any damages that have occurred during
transit of the package. Please take note of this prior to signing
acceptance of package.
